Timekeepers & Warm-Up Supervisors Clinic

Let's begin your journey as a swimming parent/official...

Are you new to the club or haven't yet taken the timekeepers clinic? Interested in learning about timing at swim meets and how to earn volunteer participation points? Then this clinic is for you!

At a swim meet, timers are responsible for helping capture accurate times for swimmers. This clinic introduces the basics of a swim meet, safety at swim meets, and the roles of Timekeepers and Warm-up Supervisors.

After completing this clinic, you'll be eligible to volunteer as a timer or warm-up supervisor at our Nov, Mar, and May swim meets.

The clinic starts at 7:00pm on November 24th, taking approx 1-1.25 hours, and will be held in the Lobby Meeting Room at Sungod Recreation Centre. 

Note that this clinic is only for people who have not yet taken the Timekeeper's clinic.
