Surrey WinterFest and 1 Day Long Course Results

It was an interesting competition for the Delta Sungod Swim Club as the club had the opportunity to swim a meet on Friday in a 50m pool (Long Course) and then a meet in a 25m (short course) pool on the Saturday and Sunday. The 40 swimmers who attended adapted quite well with a huge number of personal best times achieved in both meets.

New Vancouver Fraser Divisional qualifiers were Mia Bruneau (12) in the 50 and 100 freestyle, Kaia Hall (12) in the 200 breaststroke, Arnav Sharma (17) in the 100 and 200 fly and Daniel Wang (16) in the 100 backstroke. Manraj Johal (16) achieved his BC Provincial Championships qualifying time in the 50 butterfly.

Daniel Wang broke the club record in the boys 15 & over 50 breaststroke Short Course.
